Meet Sam and Tom - your founders and Directors of Dexter Talent. We're trying our best to navigate a congested recruitment market whilst trying to drag the industry forward into the modern world.
Both from a "classic style" agency background, we've seen first hand the evolution of the modern recruitment market and the recent shift back towards transactional based recruitment that we've seen over the last few years.
Directors in for a quick buck leading volume based sales teams with no concern for the client on the other end.
This is where the idea of Dexter came from.
Our opportunity to continue our love for recruitment but in a more ethical, personable manner.
Our focus is, and always will be, long term relationships.
We want to act as an extended arm of your business - this involves learning not only the skills you hire for but the type of people you need in your business.
Our Background
We've spent the majority of our time in recruitment focussed on the Software Engineering and Infrastructure markets. This is our core network and where we have had sweeping successes previously.
Both multiple time "Top Biller" award winners in an agency style environment, we've seen our fair share of success and learnt the best paths to travel when it comes to recruiting as part of a small, agile business.
With a client base that ranged from start/scale ups through to some of the biggest corporations across the globe, we've managed to build an eclectic skillset when it comes to both candidate resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment process management.
